As a key player of the French electronic music scene, Damien Almira is known for his hyperactive tendencies as a DJ, producer (as Timid Boy, Damien Almira, Space Oddity) journalist, party organizer, boss of label Almira.
Immersed in music since a young age, learning classical piano for 10 years at the Conservatoire, Damien Almira stepped into the heyday of the rave party scene during the 90's.
After moving to Paris for journalism studies, he became the Deputy editor-in-chief of Trax Magazine and developed his DJ career under the pseudonym Timid Boy. He enjoyed great success, playing on the biggest stages on the planet alongside the biggest (Carl Cox, Paul Kalkbrenner, Tiga, Ellen Allien, Jamie Jones, Seth Troxer, Popof, Oxia...)
In 2020, he decided to lead a new project, more intimate, deep, eclectic under his name Damien Almira.
