Simo

Simo, originally from Casablanca, has transcended the dancefloors well beyond the Parisian capital where he resides Currently. Coming from a rich musical environment, he absorbed all the influences around it. His musical journey led him to leave his mark on the Romanian minimalist scene, where he had the opportunity to produce several times on the Opus Club turntables Targu Mures. Additionally, his latest releases have been remixed by artists like Vlad Arapasu and Crihan, among others. Both a DJ and producer, Simo immerses himself in the various sounds that surround it, harmoniously merging the jazz, funk and house from the 2000s. Between the bustling cities of Berlin, Madrid and London it finds himself alongside renowned artists such as Petre Inspirescu, Mari.te, Cap or even Varhat. His talents of producer are deployed with great activity, and Simo signed on renowned labels such as Artefax Mouvement, Dantel Records and Dreams On Wax. Currently on the STAMP records roster, Simo is preparing to unveil his latest vinyl in collaboration with FresQ, remixed by Lowris, Bassam, and Antraum the duo of Traumer with Anton. The release is out on his label Magnetic Series since this summer summer, promising a new wave of captivating harmonies to his fans and followers of electronic music across the world.
